Tales of the 44th Century Comics
Please find below the links to the individual issues of the 'current' TOT44C comics; begun in 2014, this series concentrates on the Earth Space Police Force - the ESPF The ESPF began their lives in an earlier, series called The Astrologers. I am in the process of making this series, produced from 1988 through to 1999, more legible and consistent with the comic and short stories published here and the first few collections are below under the Archive Comics heading.

Archive Comics
From the late 1980s to the late 1990s I created comics starring 'The Astrologers'; the art was variable, the lettering was awful and the scripts served the action, if not the credibility of the world I was creating. I'm slowly restoring and fixing pages and stories where they still have merit, with improved lettering, revised scripts and tweaked and sometimes re-inked or wholly re-drawn artwork. Much was in black and white, but if time allows, I'll colour this up in the current style. The first issues linked below were, fortunately, fully coloured onto Bristol board using a mix of Rotring and Windsor & Newton drawings inks and were still in good enough condition to scan for re-use. The old lettering was applied on acetate sheets over the top so, thankfully, could be easily removed. Excuse some wonky, exaggerated figure work, poor capture of ethnicities and rudimentary scenery in parts, but please enjoy The Astrologers!
